1. عن هذه الشروط
تنطبق هذه الشروط على الموقع control-z-kw.com وعلى خدمات كنترول زد (Ctrl Z) في الكويت. باستخدامك للموقع أو طلبك لأي خدمة فإنك توافق عليها.
2. خدماتنا
نصمم ونبني ونستضيف وندعم المواقع والمتاجر الإلكترونية. تشمل باقة السنة: تصميم الموقع أو المتجر، والاستضافة لمدة سنة، ودومين باسمك، ولوحة تحكم، والدعم الفني والتحديثات. يُتفق على تفاصيل كل مشروع وسعره معك على واتساب قبل بدء العمل.
3. الدفع والتجديد
تُدفع الباقة مرة واحدة في السنة مقدما، ما لم نتفق كتابيا على غير ذلك. ليبقى موقعك يعمل بعد انتهاء السنة، جدّد الباقة قبل تاريخ انتهائها. إذا لم تُجدّد الباقة فقد نوقف الموقع بعد تاريخ الانتهاء. أي استرداد للمبالغ يُتفق عليه لكل حالة على حدة.
4. محتواك
أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي تعطينا إياه (النصوص والصور والمنتجات والأسعار)، وتؤكد أن لك الحق في استخدامه. يبقى محتواك وعلامتك التجارية ملكا لك. وعليك الالتزام بقوانين دولة الكويت فيما تبيعه عبر متجرك.
5. الدومين والموقع
يُسجَّل الدومين باسمك. تصميم الموقع وبرمجته اللذان ننشئهما يُقدَّمان لك للاستخدام طوال مدة باقتك.
6. الاستخدام المسموح
لا يجوز استخدام خدماتنا لبيع أشياء مخالفة للقانون، أو للاحتيال، أو لنشر محتوى ضار أو مسيء. يحق لنا إيقاف الخدمة عند مخالفة ذلك.
7. توفر الخدمة وجهات أخرى
نعمل على إبقاء المواقع متاحة دائما، لكن لا نضمن عدم حدوث انقطاع. خدمات الاستضافة وبوابات الدفع وشركات الشحن وواتساب ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي تقدمها شركات أخرى، وتنطبق عليها شروطها الخاصة.
8. حدود المسؤولية
في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الكاملة المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال آخر 12 شهرا، ولسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة مثل الأرباح الفائتة.

10. التغييرات والقانون المطبق
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، والتاريخ في أعلى الصفحة يوضح آخر نسخة. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to the website control-z-kw.com and to the services of Ctrl Z (كنترول زد) in Kuwait. By using the website or ordering a service, you agree to them.
2. Our services
We design, build, host and support websites and online stores. The yearly plan includes: design of the website or store, hosting for one year, a domain in your name, a control panel, and support and updates. The details and price of each project are agreed with you on WhatsApp before work starts.
3. Payment and renewal
The plan is paid once a year, in advance, unless we agree otherwise in writing. To keep your site online after the year ends, renew the plan before its end date. If the plan is not renewed, we may take the site offline after the end date. Any refund is agreed case by case.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the content you give us (texts, photos, products and prices) and confirm that you have the right to use it. Your content and your brand stay yours. You must follow the laws of Kuwait for what you sell through your store.
5. Domain and website
The domain is registered in your name. The website design and code we create are provided for your use for as long as your plan is active.
6. Acceptable use
Our services may not be used to sell illegal goods, for fraud, or to publish harmful or offensive content. We may suspend the service if this rule is broken.
7. Availability and other companies
We work to keep websites online at all times, but we cannot promise there will never be an interruption. Hosting, payment gateways, shipping companies, WhatsApp and social media platforms are run by other companies, and their own terms apply.
8. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
